The plastic synchronous belt wheel is installed at the end of the Roller, which separates the driving and conveying areas, making the conveying more stable and featuring high speed and quiet operation.
The key bearing assembly is designed with precision ball bearings and plastic inner/outer sleeves. This design not only ensures an aesthetic appearance but, more importantly, enables the roller to operate more quietly.
The plastic end caps at the roller ends are designed to prevent dust and splashing water from damaging the bearings to a certain extent.
It has greater transmission capacity and is suitable for medium-load conveying.
