Product Features  

Based on the 2224 series as the product's design foundation, the drum is equipped with a modular gray plastic taper bushing on its outer sleeve, resulting in low operating noise and shock resistance.  

Compared with traditional steel sprockets, high-performance polyamide sprockets are used as driving components, which contribute to lower operating noise.  

The key bearing assembly consists of precision ball bearings and a design featuring plastic inner and outer sleeves. This not only enhances aesthetics but, more importantly, enables quieter operation of the Roller.  

The design of the plastic end caps at the roller ends can prevent dust and splashed water from damaging the bearings to a certain extent.  

It is recommended that the angle between the taper rollers (axis angle) does not exceed 50 degrees to prevent excessive wear of the sprockets and chains.  

Generally, the weight of goods suitable for conveying does not exceed 50kg.
