Compared with traditional Steel Chain Wheels, high-performance polyamide chain wheels are used as transmission components, resulting in lower operation noise.  

The key bearing assembly is composed of precision ball bearings and plastic inner/outer sleeves. This design is not only aesthetically pleasing but more importantly enables the Roller to operate more quietly.  

The plastic end caps at the ends of the roller are designed to prevent dust and splashing water from damaging the bearings to a certain extent.  

It is generally suitable for conveying goods with a weight of no more than 150kg.  

Applicable temperature: -5°C to +40°C.
