Product Features  

Based on the 2260 series as the product design foundation, the drum is equipped with a modular plastic taper bushing on its outer sleeve, resulting in low operating noise and shock resistance.  

The plastic "O" pulley is installed at the end of the Roller, separating the driving and conveying areas spatially and eliminating the possibility of interference between the "O" belt and goods during transportation.  

The key bearing assembly consists of precision ball bearings and a design featuring plastic inner and outer sleeves. This not only enhances aesthetics but, more importantly, enables quieter operation of the roller.  

The design of the plastic end caps at the roller ends can prevent dust and splashed water from damaging the bearings to a certain extent.  

Since grooves are not rolled on the drum body, there is no deformation of the drum, ensuring more stable conveying.  

The load capacity of the roller depends on the transmission arrangement and the driving capacity of the "O" belt, with a single piece of goods generally not exceeding 30kg.
