Based on the 2240 series as the product's design foundation, the drum is equipped with a modular gray plastic taper bushing on its outer sleeve, resulting in low operating noise and shock resistance.  

The key bearing assembly consists of precision ball bearings and a design featuring plastic inner and outer sleeves. This not only enhances aesthetics but, more importantly, enables quieter operation of the Roller.  

The design of the plastic end caps at the roller ends can prevent dust and splashed water from damaging the bearings to a certain extent.  

The roller is lightweight and has excellent starting performance.  

The position of the grooves can be customized as needed.  

The load capacity of the roller depends on the transmission structure and the driving capacity of the "O" belt, with a single piece of goods generally not exceeding 30kg.
