1. When changing the oil for the roller, we need to open the oil drain hole on the left cover of the roller, then drain the lubricating oil inside completely. It should be reminded that the cycle of changing the lubricating oil must be in accordance with the specified cycle.

2. Clean each part of the roller regularly, because it is inherently prone to contamination by oil stains and debris. Therefore, we need to clean it regularly; otherwise, excessive oil stains will affect the operation of the rubber-covered roller, and some may even affect the service life of the equipment. So this point needs to be paid close attention to.

3. When the roller needs to be cleaned, it must be disassembled for thorough cleaning. The maintenance personnel are quite familiar with the specific operation process, so I will not introduce them one by one here.

4. Each bearing part should be maintained frequently, and an adequate amount of calcium-sodium base grease should be added regularly. For example, there are six bearings inside, and each one needs this treatment. Only in this way can the bearings work well without causing shutdowns.

5. Replace the sealing rings and oil seals on the motor and roller in a timely manner to ensure that they are all intact, smoothly lubricated and round. There should be no bulges, depressions, or wrinkles. In addition, they must be made of oil-resistant rubber. The maintenance of rubber-covered rollers requires such attention to detail!

6. Check regularly to see if any parts are damaged, and replace the damaged parts in a timely manner; otherwise, we may encounter major problems. This point must not be ignored. When it comes to equipment issues, small problems should not be underestimated.
